PLANETS ERROR

Hello everybody - i hope we can fix that Threath soon

I have a problem with my actually server

I can not transfer Planets from my account to the server and
i can not transfer Planets from the server to my account

On my server i have 50.000 Planets and on my account i have 60.000

I got a new validation key - and activated it - so i sendet a few planets (50) to my account - and spendet them back

BUT if i want to spent 1000 planets the ERROR "You do not have enough Planets to perform this action. " comes ...

Doesent matter if server to account or account to server ....

Also my hoster knows about the new validationkey and activated/restart the server

problem is still there


some tips?

Hello Nade,

Did you use your player page for transferring planets ? Here is the way:
Just go there: https://www.maniaplanet.com/account/dedicated-servers/ and then click on the button Edit of the server that you want to use for transferring planets.

So .... the problem with the donation from server to player or player to server is gone

but noe we can not donate planets

"error ... creator is not validatet"

..... why do i have evrytime such heavy problems with planets?

Did you insert your validation-code in the dedicated_cfg.txt ?

Yes we did with a fresh created validation key and ofc. dedicated server restarted.

Hello Alinoa - i have en Idea - cause i think there is en ERROR with 1 ore maby a few of my planets i have

IS it posible to erase my planets from my account (totaly - or spend them to en ubisoft server)

and you can spent me by ubisoft / by server the planets (but new ones) back???

My actualy planets = 116498
so lets say 115.000

so erase my planets from my account and send me new 115.000

is that possible ?

I think that could rease my problem =) (not sure but it is a try =) )

Ahh by the way - i have at slot a 90K server - but only till 80K they got the points - why ? =)

That's not how planets how, planets are just some integer in a database. Removing/re-adding isn't going to do anything.
