Maniacontrol setup linux

Hey, just bought a VPS on OVH and when I unzip maniacontrol and do all te stuff, when I execute the Maniacontrol.sh ("./ManiaControl.sh") Nothing happen, not even an error
OS : Debian 9
PHP 7.0 installed
MYSQL DB created

It is not configured properly on purpose, exactly to prevent that any unconscious user starts anything, and to prevent interference with existing servers.
You should read the notice, the documentation, and the various tutorials before even thinking of using any kind of dedicated server...
