MP4.1 [CTD] Crashing during Channelchange (speed to tm2 stadium)

While waiting for a channel change from TM ONE SPEED to TM2 Stadium Turbo reloaded i had a CTD while being alt-tabbed.
Underneath you will find the crashlogfile which probably gives more answers. Thx in advance for checking:
