I've uploaded a new server:

No need to update, previous version should still be fully compatible.

However:
- TM: a few api additions (to help support an gamemode in dev)
- SM: minor fixes to shootmania network. (at player connection time, as well as a bug when using additem(Item, Skin1) additem(Item, Skin2) )

Only the executables were updated since the previous 2019-08-14 release:

./ManiaPlanetServer
./ManiaPlanetServer.exe

I've made a tentative fix for the problem where some players sometimes don't spawn in shootmania:

(only updated the linux exe at this point)
