I would like to know is there any script or some way to edit offzone. What I mean with that is, can we edit time which takes offzone to respawn car, cuz now it takes roughly half of second to respawn.

I don't believe you can change this. Offzone in TrackMania comes from the offzone in Turbo, which was made for VR, and was pretty much hardcoded as far as I can tell.

Would have to actually patch the game in order to change the respawn time, which is possible of course, but takes some effort to get right + it's probably going to break whenever Nadeo releases an update.
