[Plugin] View Gear (will be build-in since 0.8.0)

Provides gear display:
use /gear to enable
1. Download at
http://reaby.kapsi.fi/ml/pyplanet/viewgear.zip
2. Extract at pyplanet/apps/
3. and enable as usual: pyplanet/settings/apps.py
4. restart pyplanet and have fun!

Hi Reaby,
Thank you very much for this contribution!
Together with the owner of the plugin we decided to include this in the core package in a later release. We will keep this post updated when this is released.

Well it was requested at pyplanet github... but yeah, thanks for this info... @Toffe, maybe have to think about integrating the plugin ?
To be honest, the same infos has been already around at uaseco tachometer and evosc as gear plugin for quite a long time already, so this is nothing very new for that manner...
Anyway, maybe this needs some discussion still before integrating to be available as default ?

I think people who can listen to the gears would say this isn't much of an advantage

Will be part of 0.8.0, inside the sector_times app
