[Feature Request] Force afk players to spec mode

Hello, I want to place a wish in here.
On my channels we have sometimes the problem that people are afk and they block our racing. Since I have votes enabled we can kick them but it takes time and may look unfriendly as well.
It would be nice to have a feature that if a car is not moving within xx seconds, it will be forced to spec mode. That way there wouldn't be a kill in the flow and also these guys may come back easily without being kicked.
I think the xx seconds would need to be configurable in the server settings to which we have access on the channels.
