Validationcode

Hi, I need a new validationcode in order to spent some planets ingame. I logged in to my account and to receive a new validationcode, I can;
- use my email or;
- enter my gamekey.

I dont know where to find my game key since I have this game for ages and have no clue where I bought it. I presume from Nadeo online, not sure.
Anyway, I want to use the emailoption, so I filled in my emailaddress. But surprisingly I get the message that there is no email associated with my account and I can see and/or change it in my account (ingame). Error while sending the mail: There is no mail in the account.

So I went back ingame and see that there is no emailaddress in my account. So I fill in my emailaddress. GUESS WHAT!?!? Manianplanet asks my validationcode in order to confirm my emailaddres..... :evil: :evil: :evil:

Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your reply.

This is something you have to resolve with the Ubisoft support, you'll have to open a support ticket with them.
