Validation and shadows not working

Hello guys,
I recently finished building and validating one of my maps. Problem now is that from "outside" it doesnt show that it is validated.
When you go to edit the map it is validated and the optional part of the shadows is done, but not the required one.
Sadly it is not possible to compute the shadows again.
The map is a 64x64 map, maybe that could be causing some kind of problem?
Does anyone know what the problem could be? Do I have to change something and validate again?
I hope you guys can help me out.
