[MP3 and higher][BUG] Cannot switch to another app (sometimes) while running ManiaPlanet

Sometimes, for some raison, I cannot switch to another app when running ManiaPlanet.. (even when Alt + TAb or when I try to restart "Explorer.exe")
I don't know if someone had this issue too, but it happens after a few minutes from my side..
