I bought TM2 Stadium yesterday. Singleplayer works fine but when i go to local multiplayer->hot seat for example the map selection ist completly empty.

You have to add maps manually!
If you want to drive on the official campaign maps, you can load the corresponding map settings files for each level.
Or you download maps from tm.mania-exchange.com

With "map settings files" do you mean the config files that load all a/b/c maps to the map selection?
Can i select individual maps from the official maps?
And what about the D and E maps?

About D and E maps I don't know.

The mappack D and E are not proposed by default. If you want to use them, you have to download them on Mania exchange: https://tm.mania-exchange.com/tracksear ... uthorid=21
And to install maps here: C:\Users\Your user Name\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Maps

Found out when using openplanet to access the old local multiplayer menu, all there tracks are there without having to download them extra.
