Bug? Dedicated server does not run custom title pack without login

For a LAN party, it is sometimes useful to have all stuff locally only, sometimes there isn't internet connection.

The dedicated server runs the official titles, e.g. Stadium, in lan mode and without need of a dedicated server account.
But as soon as I indicate a custom title, e.g. TMOneAlpine, there is the following error:

[2020/05/02 19:38:36] ...ERROR: Load failed. Could not get access to 'TrackMania One - Alpine'.
[2020/05/02 19:38:37] Could not install or update the title's files...

The title is actually well recognized, but the error cause is not really comprehensible,
it would be great if you could give some better message here.

Now, as soon as I indicate a dedicated server login, it is surprisingly working now...

But then, if I apply the /lan switch to the command line, it makes the server exit with the same error as above again.

Very strange.
