Donation Planet

Hello!
I would like to activate the donations on my Trackmania server. So I went to the site and I was told to donate 1000 planets. So I gave it to my server login and when I try to make a donation he says:
I don’t get it.
If that doesn’t tell me and I can’t tell me how to take back my planets
My server is under maniacontrol
