Music isn't playing on my server :( Any help would be great!

So first thing I did was enable the plugin as shown here...
and then I made a Music folder under the GameData folder, and set the directory in the music_server.xml file to Music/ as shown here...
and lastly I added a song to test under <song_files> and added it to the Music directory as shown here...
When I boot up the server however the only song that shows in the window is the default nadeo song and it wont play/change/load the next song even though I've added it to jukebox. Thoughts?
