can't buy extra stations

can't buy extra stations

Is it normal I can't buy 3 extra station for 5000 Planets anymore?
I get presented with this screen

Or is it a problem at my end?

Hi,

I just tried to buy extra stations and I could buy new ones.
Did you well first click on options?

And then buy new stations:
