Mediatracker triggers

First I better say hi, it's been a while.
I'm working on something and need something to work in the MT that isn't working at the moment. I may have asked about this some years ago.
Many years ago you couldn't place a trigger if there was already one there but this got change "I think I requested the change"
Now I can place a trigger in the same place but they don't work so was pointless allowing it.
What I'm trying to do is, I place a trigger in clip0 with time< 6 with text. This text appears if I go through it in under 6 seconds.
I then place a trigger in the same place in clip1 with time>6. This text should appear if I go through it in over 6 seconds but nothing is appearing.
Looks like even though it's allowing 2 triggers in the same place only the first trigger works.
Any help please?
