I put the wrong mail on my account maniaplanet and i cant change of course.

I have steam account working the same way by ubisoft?

Yes. Steam is only the platform to purchase and install the games.
But the Trackmania accounts (also Maniaplanet, so Shootmania as well) are at Ubisoft servers.
