After car editor car becomes black and does not save

So i tried a lot of times painting my car, but every time i try to save it becomes just black and nothing left. Adding photo what becomes after that. Tried to reinstall game few times. Uninstalling all the data, models including. The only thing how it works it is if i make skin on TMUF and then replace the model to the TM stadium 2. But then it has bad quality.
