Help installing maniacontrol or alternative tool

Hello all,
We're trying to bring back some NA players and I have three Elite servers setup using gameservers.com, they are just easier to maintain than a VPS. I don't think I can install SQL or PHP on the server itself. Are there any tools I can install on the server, or a script that can enable just the basics like a matchmode and vote kick maybe, and give people admin privs? we don't need anything fancy like stats or roulette. I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me configure a control tool, or have any suggestions on something really easy to install.
