Customchat with emotes support

This Is still considered some very experimental plugin, BUT it should work now good enough for the lols

1) Generate your emotes spritesheet: http://reaby.kapsi.fi/trackmania/emotes

After done, click export -> right click to save the compiled canvas.png --> rename and upload your favourite webserver
Copy-paste the generated .json contents to temp text-file at your desktop.

2) Download and unzip at pyplanet folder: http://reaby.kapsi.fi/trackmania/emotes/emotes_v5.zip
Make sure you override pyplanet/pyplanet/contrib/chat/manager.py and query.py, the files needs a patch.

3) Setup the plugin app.py by adding a line:

4) setup ingame with chat command: //settings
set the emotes URL to point to your uploadeds emotes file and
set the emotes JsonData from your temp-file via copy-paste

5) enjoy your custom emojis at the chat...
some rare cases you might need to press esc for the quad to load the contents, usually it works just right away.
the emotes works by `:alias:` for example :kekw: or :kappa:

Actually I think it might work as well for maniaplanet, there's nothing special for tm2020 only
But i didn't test so can't tell if it works.
