No, main overview works, but forum/topic indexes produce empty pages. Notified Phoebe early this month, but no progress in resolving the bug since then.

I noticed that TM-Forum is offline again ?
I get an empty index page.

Same here since the day you posted, and I pinged Phoebe at the time, but she's not been back here yet.
Btw, it is just the frontpage --
forums, topics, the UCP etc. are fine.
