Maniaplanet Map Manager error

Hello everyone
Since this is not a bug but an error not sure where to post it !
When i goto Maniaplanet . com Manager - Map - Upload Map - Hit submit it gives me an error 90% of the time.
Uploading a new set of maps can take me hours just today it took 2hrs 45mins to upload 10 maps normal its few mins.
Sorry for the image text, its the way i feel for a game i still love playing since tm sunrise/tmu/tmuf the list goes on and even with the newer game i never play i still paid for it..
Really hope you great team can fix this problem its doing my head in..
