MediaTracker not working? [FIXED]

All right, so I know the rules about searching the forums before posting, and so I did, to no avail.

My question is this: I've got a short replay saved with which I intend to test the functionality of the motion blur...and so I've tried multiple options--shooting the video from the editor, shooting the video in the menu--and trying every codec option that I have...and every time, the game "thinks" for a while, looks like it's going to render--and then just boots me back to wherever I was before--either in the replay editor or menu. So...help? Settings: I'm using .005 duration motion blur, 196x AA, no DoF, all reflections, sharpen on, and various video resolutions. Game settings are all maxed, and HD textures are active.
tl;dr version: MT is broke and I've tried everything I can think of...
EDIT: See last post for fix if you're having problems.

Change AA, maybe your computer crash because you haven't enough video memory.

That's not it--I turned AA off and I still can't shoot. But I can shoot pics--even on 196x AA...
EDIT: It looks like it's Motion Blur--I've turned everything else up to max and turned motion blur off and now a video is rendering as I type this post...so, help? Why is motion blur broken? That's one of the reasons I want to render videos rather than just watch replays--as the shot motion blur is much higher quality...
EDIT 2: So...apparently one has to set the motion blur to the exact number found in the in-game settings? o_o Cuz now it works...go figure.

Sorry to double-post, but I think this fix deserves a bump. So, for those who have had problems getting the MediaTracker to work, I've discovered something. Maybe I'm just an idiot, or slow, since it took me so long to figure this out. But the "Duration" option directly under the Motion Blur is not, as I originally thought, the duration of Motion Blur (thus meaning longer duration = more blur) but instead the duration of the item -being- shot, the screen or the video. So, if you set the duration to 1, it will shoot exactly 1 second of picture or video. How, then, do you shoot an entire replay? Set the duration to zero!

I have yet to figure out how the zero duration affects pictures, however...
