I have paid and downloaded trakmania2 but it will not install.
After set and run of the install software the game intsall just sticks and hangs.

Is there any option to download again without paying for a secound time?
Or how to contact to ask directly for a refund or account reset?

Can you more explain the problem with the install?

And can you put the specifications of your computer?

I am on windows 7 Pro 64 bit OS and * GB ram

Its not the system I have am having issues with its the fact that they didn't send me a key when I downloaded it.
I would like to do a new download but cant as I have done it once already.

Can you download again without paying or just get sent the files direct from trak mania?

You can download again with the link of the mail. Normally the key is in this mail too. Check your spam box.

Where did you buy the game ? Metaboli/GamesPlanet or Ubishop ?
