I've already sent emails out but have no reply so far so I'm posting here.

Bought the game from http://uk-maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/s ... nia-canyon via paypal. Few days later I check paypal, see what I think was a transaction I didn't do and dispute... Realised what It was after doing so and cancelled the dispute. Next day my paypal has the £19.99 back which I didn't intend to happen considering I did cancel the dispute ASAP after realising my error.

I want to give the 19.99 back but I assuming purchasing the game again from the URL above would be a bad idea as the account I created is still active.

Any chance the account could be fully deleted and key deactivated so I can purchase again? Unless there's a way of giving the £19.99 back without using the above URL as that would mean I receiving another key.

I feel pretty crap right now and stupid and just want it resolved.

In this mail you explain them your problem and try to include these informations : the order ID, the mail used to do the purchase and/or the Paypal transaction ID.
