I installed a new graphic card today (GeForce GTX 560 TI) and sadly I had some crahses.
I was thrown to the desktop and had to manually close the game with the task manager.

Here is my crashlog:

Also happens with the release version.

I see this error :

[Dx9] Out of GPU memory

You have set your graphic settings to Very High/Nice.
Try to put all the graphic settings on low mode and test if it works or not.
You can also install the latest drivers of your graphic card.

Shouldn't a GTX 560 TI with 1GB Ram be able to handle Very High?
I will update the driver and see if the problem persist.

Sure you card should (and will) be able to handle the charge, I think it's more a problem of finding what's wrong In TM² or in the drivers.
Crashs are so obscure it's sometimes really hard to understand what's happening.

I am going to resurrect this thread, because I wanted to let you guys know that I too had problems with random crashes and I also have a 560 Ti. After some testing, I found out that disabling threaded optimization and trilinear optimization in the nvidia control panel gets me rid of those crashes. Maybe this helps in your case, too.

Edit: Never mind. Just like described in the OP, my crashes are random as well and a few seconds ago it crashed again. I should note however, that I am experiencing freezes over here. The game is just unresponsive and I have to kill it via taskmanager, hence no crashreport.
