How do you race official races? The first couple of races when i pushed "improve" i got an option of doing it,but now its gone?

You can only do an official race once in the x minutes. You see a time at the bottom right of your screen when it's correct. When it's 0, you will get another change when you press delete.

You need to have gold medal too.

Sorry but is what your saying is that you can only do an official race once ever several minuets?
I.e if i do an official race i can not do another official race for another lets say in this case for examples sake 5 minuets!
Edit: i think i get it now but that sux big time as i just did an official race and when i got to the end it said sorry you time is invalid, so now i have to wait another 5 min's... that is just nasty!

Correct. It is once in 5 minutes, but the countdown begins already when you start your official race.

Is that once every 5 min for all, even if I change between tracks , or once per track ? Either way, I would love to hear the reasoning behind this. Then rather allow me the choice to pay in planets for my official tries (as in TMU) if I don't want to wait, or try for free and wait

Yes Luke, it seems its one Official race per every 5 Minuet regardless of changing tracks
I myself too Prefer the old method... here is to hoping they will change it at a later date but im not holding my breath

I too was lost trying to get the official race window open, I sure hope they change it in the future this take alot of fun out of the solo mode. maybe they put it this way because of server usage that they are expecting because of the release date and everybody will be playing solo mode. lets just hope it will be changed after the newness of the game wheres off.

Very seldom Iget the chance to take an offical race.

The best chance if I won gold medal, than click on retry and I see this window. Next retry is a training race.

For instance when I have a rece I own a gold medal and then start this race there is no window and I can only drive training.

Is there no button or mouse click, I can activate an official race?
