First sorry for my english.

Well, i downloaded the full game, installed it and when i tried to play it says that i cant connect because im connected from another computer. I reboot my computer and nothing still the same problem, so What can i do? i never installed it another computer or tried it with my account in another computer so i dont know what happend. I played the last time like 12 hours ago.
