Is it possible to drive together with a mate at 1 pc online? Imo the Splitscreen only make sense when you can use it online...

Actually, no, split screen only makes sense if you're sitting together before the same screen. Otherwise there is no single screen to split, as each player already has his/her own screen.

I think he's asking if it's possible to have two players on the same computer, racing splitscreen, against other people online...

Like in Mariokart? That would be cool, but I guess then each player must have paid account (or play without LP and other stuff).

i would REALLY like that.. maybe a second player could sign in with their account in split screen mode.

That could be a solution--especially cuz when I play online it's only for fun anyhow...
