I have a new server and pasted about 20 new .gbx files in the maps folder.

Do I have to specify each of these seperately in the matchsettings.txt file?

Any other way?

Well, you could use a servercontroller tool like XAseco2, MLEPP, FAST4 or FoxControl to add these from your harddrive or otherwise you set-up RemoteCP for your server. A TM² fix for it can be found here: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=261&t=4275
