After I'm start game pop-up next: you are oflline & you can't connect with your account & use game options! We advise to you connect with internet - but I'm already in inet!
I see two buttons connect & offline neither of it not working for me...

I'm reinstall game several times, reset my PC, reset internet connection...

Try to disable your firewall and your antivirus.
