I bought this game for me and my brother to play. I paid the money but how can I register an account for my brother? I registered one for me and it works. I try to register for my brother and it says the key is already activated. I tried to make my brothers account playable by playing it offline but the individual play option isn't available for me to click on... How can I get me and my brother an account? We want to compete but we can't if we have to use only my account

The offline is available after the last update on the game. For create a second online account, you need to have 2 keys.

I have create an offline account in Local Play/Splitscreen and create an account when you choose an account. After the restart of the game you can choose this account.

I do this and when I restart and log into the other account it says that it needs to connect to internet at least 1 time to update. I click ok, and about 2 more messages pops up saying it can't be plaid because it hasn't been activated. This is when the button doesn't appear. I do the same thing over again, and I click play online and after the process it says key has already been registered. How can I play offline if it won't let me register?

Perhaps this will help (perhaps you have done this allready) :

Before you are in the game you get a sreen with : Play Configure Help Exit.
Press Configure.
Then set Profile to "Use Multiple Profiles".

I haven't done this, but I expect you can use now everything with both profiles.

Still no luck. I have tried creating an offline account but I can't play the game unless it's activated over the internet with my product key (witch is only 1 account per key). I have tried installing the same profile on another computer and I can play the game on both computers (using 1 account) and it will sync the game data between both computers. So I want me and my brother to race trying to win but if one gets ahead the data is synced to both and we can skip levels. I don't want this... I would try to play my account offline but I have to log in to do that and if the account hasn't been activated with the key then I can't play offline. I unplug my internet and it will allow me to log into my profile and play offline, but I can't play the individual profile!

Your brother can create an offline account but can't play online.
If you want two online account, you need to buy 2keys.
