Is it possible to get a refund for TM2?

Seeing how it's been out for 24hrs, is there a 'cooling off' period where I can no longer agree to the terms of use or something like that?

I am really not enjoying the game at all.

I'm not sure they will get back your money but where did you buy the game ?
Ubisoft or Gamesplanet ?

I dont think they will refund due to the cheap price of the game and you have the serial key in your hands ready to use or duplicate at anytime.

Purchased from Ubisoft. I tried the first beta and hoped the 'full speed sliding' was a bug yet to be fixed but the release feels just the same to me.

Might try a support ticket instead.

Any ideas on where I could send this request on to? I'm not sure whether the forum is the right option.

What you mean by full speed sliding?

I'm going to pursue a refund as well, I've wasted over 4gig downloading the full installer twice and trying to update from within the game after using the minimal installer but the update times out after 500MB.

You whant a refund because you wasted the 4gb of download to install it when you knew it was a beta test not a final release and you where advised when you bough the license.
What ever you say you knew the risk of playing the beta just like any other beta they got bug and that your job to report them.
Anyway good luck with that request they may reply something like that to you.

When you bough the game in beta you had a green panel saying that was a beta release and not a full release at this moment.
