Hello guys,

I'm looking for a server admin who can answer me.

I've just paid 10K planets for my dedicated server. It's supposed to be an "Amateurs place" server now for the ladder.

But I don't know why the tage "Amateurs place" doesn't appear near the name of my server on the server list.

Anyone can answer me?

I've added this code to the good file and restarted my server.

But the "Amateurs Place" tag doesn't appear.

The fact to add this two lines make the tag appears?

The "Amateurs Place" tag is given only by our staff but for the moment, it will available only for officials servers (the Ubisoft ones).
We'll give the possibility to add this tag on player servers but a bit later (and there will be somes rules to respect)

So, Cos Fullspeed, Extreme mini and other popular servers are supported by Ubisoft? Or there is kinda privileged class of hosters?

Or it's just a bug, i'll investigate on this (the system isn't perfect ^^)

From a Nadeo staff person, it seems that's only the "beginner's tag" is reserved for official servers.

"Amateurs tag" should be worked.

But he may be said something wrong.

Hey, sorry for this question i do, but why Ubisoft servers??
I understand the track pack is from Nadeo, and i can understand 1 server from Nadeo with the solo tracks, but why all those server?
It remind me some servers called "FreeZone"...
Give more space to us, please don't divide the players just in the begins, the LP already will divide friends in future.

you can see that some servers have amateurs and ubisoft beginners.

You can simply add these tags by going to playerpage and set the payment up for the servers and there tags.

you will not have to do anything in config of the dedicated to adjust it.

Ubisoft servers has been made to be a good start for beginner players. On these servers you'll tracks which will be suited for the new TrackMania players and available on the principals country (regarding the TrackMania community).
You know that some of the servers hosted by players, the tracks available on them are often too difficult for the new players (awful lolmap if you are not enough skilled, fullspeed, techmap, etc...)

That's why we have made the Ubisoft servers, to not scary the beginner players when they start to play online

About the Amateur tag, are you sure that you have selected the good ladder option on your player page ?

PS : and yes, we have confused the beginner tag and the amateur tag
