[TM2] Problem with install

I've tried installing the bloody game but the installer always stuck when its extracting TMcanyon_HD.zip.
What the hell happen? The installer is not responding and i've tried waiting for more than 10 minutes hoping that somehow that the installer will continue but nothing happened. What Must I Do? I want to play the game so bad >:(

One of those PMs my way please, I have the same issue.
Also it seems utterly ridiculous (or a transparent attempt to get more registered forum users I guess? :p) to be PMing this if there is a general solution for it.
