[TM2] Cannot creat Account ... why?

I bought TM 2 Canyon today and got the email a few minutes after purchase from support.maniaplanet.de@gamesplanet.com

When trying to create an account i get the following error message:



What is the "login"?
I tried a different username -> same error
I tried a different password -> same error
I tried a different password AND username -> same error

Additionally, i can't even retrieve my TM:Nations/Forever account because my email address does not fit into the specified field? Of course i altered my email address to a test string of the same length. My email is NOT test123test123tes@gmail.com ..



Can anyone help?

You need to create a new account with the same login and password than your account on TMF, maybe the mail too, I don't know.
