[TMF] ManiaLive manialink. An example usage of ManiaLib 2.0

Hey fellow coders,
We decided to release the source code of the "manialive" Manialink. It is built on top of ManiaLib 2.0 so it is a good example of how it works.
As I already said in other posts, ManiaLib 2.0 is still bleeding edge so this is for experienced programmers. But if you are curious, you can still download it and ask questions if you have some !
