I bought and downloaded the game.

in the mail it says:

"The following keys will be required during installation or to unlock bonus content:
Activation Key: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX "

(Of course I have obscured the code)

During the 'setup did not ask me no key. When I start the game tells me that they are not online, when in fact they are and therefore I can only "play" offline ...

How do I fix?

Go on the launcher => Configure => Profil => Use different profil (instead of use single profil).
If you're already on use different profil, try to reinstall the game ..

So :
1) Try to disable your firewall and add an exception to Maniaplanet to him and launch your game and tell us if it works or not.
2) Try to disable your firewall AND your antivirus and test.
3) Try to run the game as administrator (Right click => Run as administrator)
4)

Check your host file in windows (You can find his location here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_file)

Then put this file in editable mode (right click on this file => uncheck the hut read-only).
You need to remove these ligns (if it appears)

You save your new files and recheck the hut read-only.

Now try to connect to ManiaPlanet.
