Hi Nadeo,

after i developed the TPS bank thx to some players we discovered a BIG bug.
Some players deposit 5000+ planets on the server, the server don't get it and the transaction get validated.
They see their planets go down, but after some minutes their planets get up again...

This is one of logins that this thing happen on.

We tested with much other logins and it don't happen.

Thx to Mac that have discovered this.


Edit 1: I done some other test on the TPS php code...
All seems to be ok in my code. In the meanwhile i deleted all nickname from the sendbill message to be sure UTF8 and UTF16 don't crash the Nadeo main server.

I also added the server login to the SendBill to be sure the "auto" get server login on empty string don't go in panic.
Anyway, i will notice if other case of this bug happen again.


Nadeo staff check the main server log please and be sure. Some players done deposit of 150000, and is impossible after 10 days.


Edit 2 : Another test done....
If the login to sendbill is like '_gekko_' it delete 1 copper to the server and the transaction get back to the player login also if validated.

If the login is like 'gekk0' it work.
If the login is like '0123boy' it do the trick again and the server coppers go down by 1 and the login get his planets back after 2 min.

Please fix this!!!!!!!!!

we have also an problem on our server "Kacklappen" with Planets Tranfer.
If i donate some amount of coppers i get less planets, the server account gets an message but no planets, and i dont get the planets back. We have testet with 5k Planets. Lost !

Is not important for none??? Nobody receive planets if the login is strange!!!!

I think those big problems must be written in english.
How much players are doing this trick to get Planets for free?
And how Nadeo will decide to delete the coppers again when the fix come?
Is a bad story...

We are doing our best to fix this ASAP. But it's specially difficult when bugs are discovered on Saturdays....

However : I don't really get how people do to "get planets for free"... If I understood correctly, when the transaction "fails" (silently, which is a bug) : your bank server does not get the planets (but is charged 1 planet for a failed transaction), and the players receives his planets back. So no Planets are created or lost (except the 1 planet fee applied incorrectly).

Am I wrong on this one ?

I have the same problem, but the players dont get the planets back always. I "lost" about 30000 planets through this bug. I hope it will be fixed very soon.

the real big problem is if a player deposits planets for bets on a server ,
at the end the server has to pay out, but never got the planets from the players. (betting as example)

bet is 70 planets 5 people are betting ,
Normally server gets 350 planets and then pays out the winner. atm the server gets 0 planets even if billmethod returns "payed". and has to pay out 350. so : big planet loss for some people, big planet win for others.

Another example : on some servers u can Download tracks from MXchange for planets, the Author will be payed from the Server. again 0 planets from player, but server pay to the author, and again planet loss for the server.
and btw a support mail to nadeo was also never answered.

In one word
category A bug as its the games currency.
i debuged a lot with transfers , and the problem seems to be player acount depending, some people can donate / set bets and the server gets planets.
Some do, but the server never gets the planets .
Please Follow this link to see that the Problem was of course discovered on a weekend, but thats 2 weeks ago !
Th eonl answers i got was not from nadeo, and the only information i got there was that xbx is not here , so nobody can do anything about that. Debugs in my thread beyond.

Yes exactly.
Players receive the planets again (when the planets are scaled) after 2/3 tracks or after 1 min.

Edit 1: Yes i confirm what kapsubm say. On some logins it work, on some logins it don't work.

The problem with donations and Transactions is known for quite some time now and from what i heard it will be not fixed very soon unfortunatly
