Manialive and Freezone Easy Steps setup?

Hi, I was planning to create a freezone server with my maps on it. I have been registrating my server on maniazone freezone:servers. BUT then it got alot harder.
Please can someone provide me with an easy 1-2-3... guide on how to install Manialive and then the Freezone plugin?
...so i can provide the best server on TM
