no Ladder points on Cup mode ?

Yesterday we decided to open a littl cup (mini round maps with a time from 30 to max 35 seconds / lap )

Settings where 2 Laps / 50 points first 4

Now the questions to the cup mode:
Everthing worked fine, we got finalists and so on, we got winners ...
but i wonder why there have been no ladder points added on end,
I ts a fun mode, and usually the people stay longer on server even if the server is not filled up with 155 people.
but in the end when they gain no LP , they leave the server , and maybe they will not play cup anymore.

so: is it supposed to get no LP on Cup Mode ?
also: is it possible to give the winner the chance to race "for fun" untill the others have ended the cup?
i think its a little boring just to watch others racing. (the winners had to wait untill 4 finalists finished as first)

No. If you wan't the winner to not wait, then just setup 1 winner only, or play Rounds instead...

ah , okay thanks, we did set it up to 4 people to get a "cup" feeling (1-3 and the bad"4th" place ) so we ll set it up for one winner.
To bad there are no Lp in Cup mode as its much more intense racing feeling.
In tmuf, cup mode was also with LP (think i played cup last time in tmn 3 or 4 years ago )

I'm not 100% sure, but I think not.
I guess that LP points were meant to be related to a single map, and so disactevated in Cup mode.
