No code received, and no replies to my e-mails

Last week I purchased TM2 in the hopes of enjoying the game immediately. I purchased the game from Gamesplanet using PayPal. As the title of my post states, I did not receive a game code. I waited for 24 hours before e-mailing as I hoped the servers were just a bit overloaded or it required manual administration from Mediaplanet. Unfortunately, I did not receive a code and I wrote an e-mail to Support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com. After 24 hours passed it was already Friday without reply, and I e-mailed again. Today it is Monday and still I have not received a reply to my e-mail. I am itching to play TM2.

Please resolve this issue ASAP. I will be able to PM my PayPal transaction details to an admin if requested.

Nothing? Really? I spent €20 on this game and I don't even get decent support?

I'm sorry that your payment has some troubles but the only thing to do is to sent a mail to the GamesPlanet Support (support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com). If you don't have an aswer within 24h, let me a PM ;)
