Last week I purchased TM2 in the hopes of enjoying the game immediately. I purchased the game from Gamesplanet using PayPal. As the title of my post states, I did not receive a game code. I waited for 24 hours before e-mailing as I hoped the servers were just a bit overloaded or it required manual administration from Mediaplanet. Unfortunately, I did not receive a code and I wrote an e-mail to Support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com. After 24 hours passed it was already Friday without reply, and I e-mailed again. Today it is Monday and still I have not received a reply to my e-mail. I am itching to play TM2.

Please resolve this issue ASAP. I will be able to PM my PayPal transaction details to an admin if requested.

I'm sorry that your payment has some troubles but the only thing to do is to sent a mail to the GamesPlanet Support (support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com). If you don't have an aswer within 24h, let me a PM
