error starting manialive

I just tried to start manialive on a few ways but it won't work.
First I tried to use the run script for starting it as a daemon. After a few modification cuz of missing paths a pidfile was created but manialive wasn't running and I had no logs.
So I tried the other way to start it as a non daemon but I get the following error:
