Having trouble downloading game files/login

Morning all,
So, I've got a promo code for Trackmania 2 Canyon, and I download the Trackmania tool from UbiShop, then I'm asked to input an email, and I do that, then I get a page asking for a 'Key', and the serial number I input from UbiShop's confirmation email gets this reply:
"Account creation failed, error. The login is already used in Trackmania Forever, please check your trackmania forever password or use another login, please retry."
I've retried several times, under several different email accounts, and nada. I don't have a trackmania forever account either, so I don't know whats up with it.
