1. U could design ur own blocks.... AND import others designs.....Buildings, plants, trees, streets, whatever....UNLIMITED BLOCKS!!!!!!!
2. U could mix whatever blocks u wanted, make island in the water, water in the valleys, waterpots in the streets, reach the sky and down again with ur roads etc....
3. Import ur own pics and animation in MT, and other drivers could see it... flying birds, dragons, angels etc, flying in front of u, or beside u when u drive the tracks....
4. For a small amount, use all kind of billboards, replacing Nadeo billboards around the stadium.....Advertising whatever u want....
5. Change the underwater pools, witch contains, swimming fish, corals, crabs, whatever underwater experience u like..when you end up there by accident or voluntary..you will end up in an underwater world that is like a diving,coz you can drive around like a submarine and explore underwater world. in what way it could be possible i dont know.....

i like idea 5, but the rest is not new?

I think that this will only make confusion while playing... If a server got tracks with custom blocks, and the players don't have that specific custom blocks, how to quickly get them? And a track full of custom blocks, how much heavy to load and download will be? I think custom blocks are good only if used with moderation.
And also, flying birds, dragons etc. are useless in TM.

All of this is already possible in TM, except for custom roadblocks so we can assume this will be possible in TM² also.
