downloaded and installed wont run?

ive downloaded the game, installed it, it runs the bechmark thing, but when i try to run the game nothing happens? havent even got to where you enter your cd key? fix please?
Can you try to launch the game with a shortcut : maniaplanet:// ?
Else, can you give the specification of your computer?
