Yes, it's possible to disable most of the additional UI on a dedicated server (if that's your question)..

You need a server controller and a custom plugin, which sends a special manialink to each user. You can find some information on this site: http://en.tm-wiki.org/wiki/ManiaLink_Pa ... cific_tags (it's for TMNF, but it more or less applies to TM2 too). There's literally no official documentation available, but you can find some information by googling in the forums (and on tm-forum.com).

Of course you can't just google what you want to do and the answer appears magically.

Start with the server controller. Get either XAseco2, ManiaLive or FAST running. After that ask in the correct sub-forum (tm-forum.com->Toolbox for XAseco and FAST, for ManiaLive there's a subsection in this forum) for a plugin which disables all "custom_ui". If you're lucky, someone already wrote a plugin which does it or writes it for you.

All the jumps one has to jump through to prevent SOMEONE FUCKING ELSE messing around with your game. You know, Nadeo could have implemented a damn checkbox option that tells the game to ignore Manialinks and -scripts. But hey, we wouldn't want to stop idiot server admins from thinking they're creative and smart as hell.

But with that i wouldn't be able to see it just on the servers I run? not on every server?

Yeah, seems like I misunderstood your question. Those widgets annoy me too, unfortunately there's no universal solution.

You can find some suggestions in this thread: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=245&t=3908. By pressing * on the num-pad you can disable all user interface, everything else depends on the server you're playing at.
