Title says... everything. Would be much better if TM² and everything else would have better support for quad- or even hexacore cpus and also multiple graphic cards.

I ran tmf with a crossfire ATI4850 setup for a long time (until one card died on me  ) and had about 75% faster fps, and foremost it ran a lot more stable, framedrops in graphics heavy parts where a lot less.

I didn't notice any difference while playing with only one graphic card or 2 in crossfire mode. I always believed TM don't support at all multiple graphic cores.
So i'm a bit surprised when i see that :

May be the difference is because of memory size limitations ?

Crossfire doesn't double the available memory, it takes the amount of memory on the card with the smallest amount, per gpu.
So, 2 (similar) cards haswice the memory, but also twice the number of gpu, which results in the same amount.

To make TMF work with crossfire (if it doesn't work right away), just use a self made profile, a program like radeon pro or rename the .exe to the one of a crossfire compatible game (like crysis.exe)
