[TM2][CONNECTION] BT Homehub connection issues [Solved]

I've been having problems with certain people on BT connecting to our server. From my point of view, they'll join the game but never start driving and then leave a short while later; from their point of view, they'll get the loading screen but not loading bar, and then get a "match was interrupted" error.
The problem appears to be BT's homehub routers that they supply. They have firewall / anti-DOS settings that seem to be interfering with the game's communications. Solution was, of course, to disable the aforementioned "security" features - in my experience they aren't especially useful anyway.
There doesn't seem to be a list of solutions to problems, but I thought I'd just put this out there anyway.
