Any one still having issues about TM2 install?

Hey guys i was planning to buy TM2 as my Christmas present but i wanted to know if any 1 still have any issues about installing or downloading (not pirating) the game.

there is always someone with issues, but this is hopefully not the regular case
If it will be a Christmas present, then why don't you simply wait until then?
